Lake Weiss has long been known as the Crappie Capitol of the World! With a 10 inch size limit that gives us a good population of quality fish that has earned its name over the years. Our Spring crappie fishing begins in January and continues through May, and the Fall crappie season runs from September-November. For a quality trip come fish with us on Lake Weiss. Boat, life jackets, gas, artificial bait and tackle are provided. However, there is a small additional charge for any live bait used on the trip. Also be sure to bring your on favorite snacks and beverages. We work hard to provide deep water habitat for crappie, we have 50 + deep water crappie habitat locations to provide great crappie fishing action all year long. The Bay Springs Motel is now under new management and is very nice and clean!! Also we now have access to three lake homes...We have one 2 bedroom, one 3 bedroom, and one 5 bedroom lake homes available. All three are fully furnished, have lighted fishing piers, and are located on year round water! Be sure to ask about rates and availability on the home that fits your needs!
